Ingredients:

Instructions:
For the Pretzel Dough:
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Add salt, sugar, and melted butter to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually stir in the flour until the dough comes together.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until it’s smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Assembling the Pretzels:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 8 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a long rope, about 24 inches long.
- Flatten each rope and add a tablespoon of Original Smoked Gouda Cheese Dip in the center.
- Fold the dough over the cheese dip and seal the edges to form a stuffed pretzel shape.
For the Pretzel Wash:
- Dissolve baking soda in hot water.
- Dip each pretzel into the baking soda wash.
- Place the pretzels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt over the pretzels for extra flavor.
Baking:
- Bake the pretzels in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
